2. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT

When placing your order on our website, our system will automatically forward an order confirmation to your mobile number and WhatsApp number.

Once you have received the invoice. When we ship the item from our warehouse, you will receive an email with further information on the expected time and date of delivery.

3. PAYMENT

  • VISA
  • UPI
  • Net-Banking

4. DELIVERY

We offer delivery to addresses PAN India.

We reserve the right that in rare cases there may be system breakdowns at our warehouse or with couriers, which may extend the delivery time.

5. RETURN & REFUND

Return

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags intact.

After 14 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any return requests or process a refund.

Packaging and condition of the item upon return

When you return an item to us, you must return it in the original packaging.

You are entitled to open to check or test the item, but if the packaging is missing or damaged, it is considered an impairment, which may result in us deducting an amount from the purchase price, corresponding to the impairment, when reimbursing.

It is your own responsibility to ensure that the item is securely wrapped when sending it back. The item is at your risk until received by us.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

For Prepaid Orders:
You can choose to receive your refund:

  • Back to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, etc.), or
  • As a credit to your Wallet for future purchases under ‘My Profile’ section.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be credited only to your Wallet for future purchases under ‘My Profile’ section.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
